From simple repairs and panel/post replacements to full installs, we do fences from A/Z in both standard privacy and shadowbox styles. We have material options to suit different budgets, including 4×4,5×5,6×6 wooden or powder-coated aluminum posts & stringers. Pricing starts at $60/linear foot+materials.
Fencing projects are highly flexible. Depending on your needs and budget, we offer fencing and railing installation services in a variety of designs and quality options.
For all installations, we embed our posts in 4′ concrete cylinders to ensure maximum shear strength for wind loads. For a quality basic installation, we offer 4×4 wooden fence posts and a 3-stringer system for maximum strength. Typically these fences are 6′ in height (or shorter, depending on your needs). Stringers are mounted using metal hardware and posts are are typically capped with metal caps, and all panels have top rails to limit water intrusion into the end grain of individual pickets.
For higher-strength or taller applications, we use thicker post options at 5×5 or 6×6, with proportionate increases in cost.
For the most premium, modern, and sleek finish, we offer installations using 3×3 powder-coated aluminum fence posts with full metal hardware, caps, and stringers. We partner with Slipfence, a top-tier supplier with top-tier quality across the board. The picket boards are still wooden, for the best of both worlds – natural, strong, and modern. With metal hardware, you never have to worry about post rot. To top it all off, the pickets are easily replaced using a slide-in design, leading to easy maintenance and a like-new look for many years to come.
Besides the post and hardware selection, we offer multiple design styles for your fence project. Options include tight single-row picket privacy fence designs for cost savings, shadowbox designs with alternating spaced & staggered pickets for a more aesthetic look while decreasing wind shear load on your fence, board on board designs for maximum privacy, and more. We even offer horizontal slatting. Contact us for any questions!
We also do gates, of course. Many contractors brace gates incorrectly, leading to sagging over time. We brace properly (bracing from the bottom, near the mounting post, across to the top of the opposite edge of the gate) Making your gate incredibly strong and resistant to sagging. See this third-party video for one of the best explanations of this we are able to give. It feels like magic when you understand the differences, but many installers do not do gates right!
