We all live busy lives. Genesis takes the chore out of maintaining your property and leaves the lawn looking crisp, clean. Prices start at $38.50/cut+HST, including mowing, trimming, and blower cleanup.
We cut the lawn regularly as needed, typically on a weekly basis (excepting drought conditions.
We bill monthly, and accept mailed cheques/cash, e-transfer (most popular), and credit-card on file (simplest).
On each visit, we mow all accessible lawn areas as needed. We string trim all accessible lawn areas where the mower cannot reach as necessary to keep things neat and tidy along fence-lines, walls, trees, and other obstacles. Afterwards, we use a high-power blower to remove any clippings off of your walkways or driveway.
Clipping management depends on client needs and turf conditions. Typically we side discharge. In some areas, we use mulch plates to minimize clippings that could be dispersed into garden beds. In some cases, we may bag clippings for a cleaner look.
Bagging of clippings is an optional service we offer for some properties for an additional minimum charge of $10/cut. We avoid cutting in the rain wherever possible.
Our cut height is set to 3.5″ to avoid heat damage to turf in warm months and to help with clipping dispersion. We maintain sharp blades on our equipment to ensure good cut quality, swapping sets and sharpening as necessary.
We run both 48″ standing mowers for open areas and front yards, as well as 30″ walk-behind mowers for back-yards and tighter areas.
All of our auxiliary equipment (leaf blowers, string trimmers, hedge trimmers, chainsaws, pole saws, edgers, and other tools) are electric! 
This means significantly lower noise for you, and better comfort for our crews. These have been all-electric for nearly a decade. It also lowers costs for you.
No matter how tall the grass, Genesis has you covered. Our commercial-grade equipment and hard-working crews make short work of long grass. We trim, mow, and remove clippings as much as necessary to get you the best results possible. Charges vary widely depending on the scope of the mow, but rest assured: regardless of the challenge, Genesis delivers great results!

We remotely provide you with a cost estimate on a per-job basis for your property, either for a one-time job or ongoing jobs.
If the quote is approved, we place you on the regular maintenance schedule until you tell us otherwise. There are no seasonal contracts, and no commitments required!
