Sodding is a relatively simple task that many contractors fail at due to improper preparation or poor communication with clients as to what is needed for after-care. We make sure to do it right, so you have a permanent and lasting install.
We strip the surface of all vegetation and surface roots using a turf-cutting machine, and then clean and grade the surface as needed. Afterwards, we distribute a high-phosphorus starter fertilizer to ensure strong root development, and then lay the sod on top. We also cut and trim as necessary to fit any edges or curves. We then may use a roller to roll the sod as necessary to ensure good soil-to-root contact. Finally, we instruct you as to basic (yet critical) maintenance required for the first month of the install. We take care of all disposal and cleanup!
