For residential and commercial snow removal coverage, services are contract-based. Rates for residential snow removal start at $250/month, for a 5-month period from November 1st to March 31st. We offer guaranteed clears for every snowfall over approximately 5cm, or 2″. We typically clear using snowblowers with rubber paddles and plastic scrapers combined with hand shoveling. Truck-mounted plows are only used in extenuating circumstances or extreme storms, leading to minimal wear or damage on your asphalt driveways and your sidewalk/walkways.
Our routes are designed in order to have maximum overall efficiency and have everyone cleared as fast as possible, so we do not offer priority service to anyone based on price paid. However, for elderly ones with critical medical conditions that may require access to come/go quickly at any point in time, or for front-line medical personnel (with proof of occupation) we do offer limited free prioritization. We remotely provide you with a cost estimate on a per-job basis for your property, either for a one-time job or ongoing jobs.
If the quote is approved, we place you on the regular maintenance schedule until you tell us otherwise. There are no seasonal contracts, and no commitments required!
